Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day. Processing may take longer during busy periods.

3. Delivery Time
Karachi: Estimated 2–4 business days.
Other cities in Pakistan: Estimated 3–7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier services, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation. Charges may vary by destination, parcel size, and courier. Free shipping offers are subject to their stated conditions.

5. Cash on Delivery
If COD is available for your order and location, payment can be made to the courier upon delivery. Please ensure you are available to receive your parcel.

6. Order Tracking
After dispatch, we may provide a tracking number or shipment update where available. Contact us if you need assistance.

7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers must provide a complete and accurate address and phone number. Failed deliveries may result in the parcel being returned. Additional charges may apply for redelivery; any charges will be communicated beforehand.

8. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Provide your order number, clear photographs of the product and packaging, and a brief description. Requests will be reviewed under our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Delayed or Lost Parcels
Contact us if your parcel is delayed or tracking has not updated for an extended period. We will coordinate with the courier to investigate and provide an update.
