3. Orders & Confirmation
Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery details. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We may cancel orders for unavailable stock, incorrect pricing, or unverifiable details. Payments for cancelled orders will be refunded appropriately.
4. Prices & Payments
Prices are in PKR unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges will be shown at checkout or communicated before confirmation. Available payment methods will be displayed on the website. Promotions are subject to their stated terms.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver within Pakistan. Delivery estimates may vary by location, courier, weather, and other circumstances. Customers must provide a complete address and promptly report missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Requests must be submitted within 3 days of receipt. Products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging. Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, personal care products, and jewellery are not returnable for change of mind, subject to applicable consumer rights. Wrong, damaged, defective, or missing items should be reported with photographs or videos and the order number. Approved requests will be handled under our Return & Refund Policy. Applicable consumer rights are not limited by this policy.
7. Cosmetics & Personal Care
Check ingredients, directions, and warnings before use. Results may vary. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Product information is not medical advice.
8. Product Quality & Authenticity
We aim to supply products matching their descriptions. Brand, material, size, and features will be represented accurately. Any warranty applies only where expressly stated.
